Meaning there will be no national celebration & no boat racing on Water Festival days . But there are still 3 holidays and traditional offering to the moon at home according .
This is happening due to the lose of our great king , the former king , the father national independence , His Majesty , Norodom Sihanouk .
The official mourning for his life departure will last 7 days for the national wide . During these 7 days , there will be no Happy dancing concert broadcasting on TV or radio, but only the soft music. His majesty body will be rested in Royal Palace for 3 months for his people to go to see him for the last time and pay their respects to their beloved king.
