Who the hell is Luyna?
Luyna, of course, is Cambodia. He is an economist and is working as a policy researcher for government since 2004. He has been involved in a number of small piece research conducted by UNDP, ADB and SNEC. He graduated from Australian National University in Economics of Development. He is currently 28 years old (2008).
